Executive Project Summary
Our engineering division completed a turnkey lobby rebranding project in Downtown Dubai, featuring 3D acrylic signage with back-lit warm LED modules. The project was fabricated entirely in-house using computerized laser router cutting to ensure a tolerance under 0.1mm.
Materials & Components Used
- Base Material: 10mm high-grade cast acrylic with mirror gold electroplated steel accents.
- Lighting: Samsung IP65 high-efficacy LED modules with custom 12V transformers.
- Mounting: Concealed stainless steel spacer pins with heavy-duty structural anchors.
Production & Assembling Stages
Each letter was thermoformed and laser-polished to achieve maximum light refraction. LEDs were mounted internally to eliminate hot-spots, producing an elegant, floating halo glow on the textured marble reception wall.
Installation Logistics
On-site installation was performed after hours by our certified crews, using precision paper template layouts to align text perfectly across the stone panel joints. Complete testing was performed to verify uniform lux output across all branding elements.
