Executive Project Summary
We designed, manufactured, and constructed a bespoke 9x6m double-decker custom exhibition stand for a premier technology pavilion at the Dubai World Trade Centre. The structure supported over 2,000kg of load-bearing upper floor workspace, featuring integrated meeting suites and a product showcase arena.
Materials & Components Used
- Structural Frame: Heavy-duty load-bearing structural steel chassis.
- Woodwork: High-density MDF fabrication with matte white lacquer paint and natural veneer accents.
- Graphics: Ultra-premium tension fabric lightboxes and high-resolution vinyl prints.
Production & Assembling Stages
The entire stand was pre-built at our local fabrication warehouse to verify joints, safety clearances, and electrical paths. Structural engineering certificates were issued by our UAE-certified engineers.
On-site Build & Turnkey Services
A dedicated team of 14 assemblers completed the venue setup within the tight 48-hour trade-show window. Integrated AV equipment, lighting rigs, and executive furniture were installed, with daily maintenance support provided during the show.
